The Flight Flix reputation in quality products means we work for your satisfaction.
All products manufactured by Flight Flix LLC are covered by a one year warranty against any manufacturer defects or failures. You may request replacement parts, a repair or an exchange for a replacement within one year of the purchase date. There is no upgrade on products, only replacement of defective components. If a suitable substitute is not available, the discontinued part is no longer covered under this warranty. If a product or part has been discontinued, we will attempt to suggest a substitute. Non-Rock Steady and non-Flight Flix branded products are sold “as-is” and carry their manufacturers’ warranty. All repair costs under this Warranty Policy will be covered by Flight Flix LLC. Customers outside the Continental US may be required to cover shipping costs.
This warranty is expressly limited to purchasers of Rock Steady products from Flight Flix LLC or authorized resellers. The warranty is limited to Rock Steady mounts and components. The warranty does not include any device mounted or attached to a Rock Steady mount, such as a cameras or other devices. This warranty does not cover any product or part that has been abused, worn out, heated, ground or otherwise altered, used for a purpose other than that for which it was intended, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions regarding its use.
The purpose of this exclusive remedy shall be to provide the buyer with repair and replacement of products or parts manufactured by Flight Flix LLC found to be defective in materials, workmanship, or negligently manufactured. Please note that the Warranty does not cover any electronic components, camera accessory products, cameras, or wire cables sold by Flight Flix LLC. Additionally, certain materials and components are considered general wear items and are not covered under the lifetime warranty. Wear items consist of, but are not limited to, suction cups, rubber pads and gaskets, Velcro and dual lock, etc.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ROCK STEADY PRODUCTS AND ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY FLIGHT FLIX LLC OR BY AUTHORIZED RESELLERS ARE SOLD AS IS AND ARE NOT FAA APPROVED. FAA APPROVAL DATA MAY BE PROVIDED ON A ONE-BY-ONE BASES UPON REQUEST. FLIGHT FLIX LLC SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE TO ANY BUYER OR USER IN REGARDS TO COMPLIANCE OF FAA REGULATIONS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FLIGHT FLIX LLC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF FLIGHT FLIX PRODUCTS AND ROCK STEADY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF ANY PRODUCT OR THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, OR LOSS OF USE OF ANY PRODUCT OR THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF FLIGHT FLIX LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
FLIGHT FLIX LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY IT, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER MATTER. No agent, employee or representative of Flight Flix LLC. has any authority to bind Flight Flix LLC, to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning Flight Flix LLC. products or parts, except as stated herein.
If any product or part manufactured by Flight Flix LLC is found to be defective by Flight Flix LLC, in its sole judgment, Flight Flix LLC will, at its option, either repair or replace such defective product or part. THIS REMEDY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE FOR ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS OR PARTS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY FLIGHT FLIX LLC, OR FOR DAMAGES RESULTING IN ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, FLIGHT FLIX LLC SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE TO ANY BUYER FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS, NEGLIGENCE, ON THE BASIS OF STRICT LIABILITY OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
The Flight Flix reputation in quality camera mount solutions and camera accessories means we work for your satisfaction in all of our products. If a Rock Steady Mount component fails because of a manufacturing defect or a lack of quality, Flight Flix will repair or replace it free of charge (customer is responsible for cost of shipping to Flight Flix).
Before returning any merchandise, customers should contact us first to discuss any issue that you have and we can see how to best resolve it. This helps to avoid unnecessary shipping charges as often issues can be resolved over via email. Pictures work best to describe concerns.
Any unused products may be returned within 90 days of original purchase. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and accessories. Everything included with the product must be returned. A restocking fee of 30% will apply in the event the item is not returned in original condition. When you visit our web site, our web server will recognize your Internet service provider. This visitor information allows us to make our site work better for you, but just visiting our website will not provide a record of your individual email address. Customers provide Flight Flix with certain information such as name, address, telephone number, etc. This information is necessary to process an order. A customer’s telephone number is used when we have a question about the order. It may also be used by a delivery service if there is a question about delivery. By submitting a photo or video, you agree that Flight Flix may contact you about your photo or video and for other administrative purposes. Flight Flix may share your comments [along with identifying information] to our third-party service providers, solely for customer service purposes. By submitting a photo or video, any information you submit may be directed to a third party site administered and hosted by a third party vendor retained by Flight Flix provided that, in such event, the third party vendor will have no right to use any such information other than uses necessary to fulfill its services to Flight Flix .
FLIGHT FLIX DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ABOUT THE PHOTO OR VIDEO SUBMISSION PROCESS, OR ANY RELATED WEBSITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE PHOTO AND VIDEO SUBMISSION PROCESS IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” AND MYGOFLIGHT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THEY WILL BE FREE OF DEFECTS.
Under no circumstances shall Flight Flix and/or its affiliates be liable for any damages or injury, including any direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages, that may result from the use of, or inability to use, the photo and video submission process, or any related website, whether in an action of contract, tort, strict liability or negligence, or other actions, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the photo and video submission process, or any related website, even if Flight Flix has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These include but are not limited to damages or injury caused by error, omission, interruption, defect, failure of performance, delay in operation or transmission, line failure or computer virus, worm, Trojan horse or other harmful component.
You agree to indemnify and hold Flight Flix (and their respective officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to Together Mobile, Inc.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
